Mr. Om Porwal
A Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 1985, Mr. Om Porwal, is a Director of the Company. His expertise is Financial Structuring, and has advised several large corporates and Government Undertakings in innovative financial modelling. He was a Director on the Board of Yashraj Biotechnology Limited and a Director on the Board of OTC Exchange of India

Mr. Arvind Bhandari
A fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with over 30 years experience, Mr. Bhandari was the promoter-director of a publicly listed company engaged in flexible packaging with South Korean Collaboration, upto 2005. He brings in varied experience in manufacturing and international trade, as finance professional and entrepreneur.
Mr. SS Sudanthiram
A former merchant banker, Mr. S.S. Sudanthiram had a distinguished career in public and private sector financial institutions with exposure in credit, merchant banking, treasury and capital market operations.
He has been associated with more than 100 IPO's. He is the promoter of Sreevee and Bhalakh group of companies carrying out investment banking.

Mr. Arvind Bhanushali
Mr. Bhanushali is a Financial Advisor to several business houses with experience spanning over 25 years. He is the Chairman and Managing Director of Yashraj Group of Companies.
Mr. Malay Mukherjee
Mr. Mukherjee has over 40 years of experience in the field of Banking and NBFC including Venture Funding, Factoring and Broking. He was the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of IFCI Limited and was responsible for the growth and development of the business of IFCI. He also held the position of Chairman in various group Companies of IFCI Limited. As an Executive Director at the Central Bank of India, he looked after portfolios such as Credit, HR, General Administration, IT, Corporate Communications, Publicity, Marketing, Client coverage and New Initiatives. Further, being associated with Indian Bank for 36 years he accrued wide field exposure, having worked in various branches, regions and zones including Assam, Bihar, West Bengal, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Gujarat and New Delhi. He has been the past Chairman of Board of Governors of Management Development Institute (MDI) and Chairman of Institute of Leadership Development, Jaipur. Additionally, he was also a member of the Governing Body of Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII), Ahmedabad
Mr. Haseeb Ahmad Drabu
Dr Haseeb A Drabu is professional economist with a diverse skill set and wide-ranging experience.
He has worked as a lawmaker, policy planner, banker and an economic commentator. He was involved with national economic policy making in India for seven years at the highest level, including in the Planning Commission, Finance Commission and the Economic Advisory Council of the Prime Minister. He is former member of Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly. He was elected as Finance Minister of Jammu and Kashmir in BJP-PDP coalition government.
In an operational role, Dr Drabu headed a bank as Chairman and Chief executive for five years. In between government policy making and banking operations, he headed India’s premier financial daily, Business Standard. As a regular commentator on economic issues, he was associated with various governmental policy making bodies both at the Centre as well as the state level. He wrote a fortnightly column for Wall Street Journal partner in India, the business daily, Mint.
He has been associated with government and corporate policy making in various capacities. He was a member of the Prime Minister’s Task Force on the Long-term Development, Member, Planning Commission’s Working Group on Resources other than Tax Resources for the Eleventh Five-Year Plan, Consultant, Asian Development Bank on reforms and reconstruction in J&K, Member, Commission on Centre-State Relations and Member of the Expert Group on ‘Promotion of Diversity in living, education and workspaces for the minorities’ formed by Government of India. In early 1990s, Drabu worked as a journalist with a business newspaper Business Standard, and was also seen close to Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front. He was also associated with the Tenth Finance Commission and worked as a consultant to Asian Development Bank too.

Mr. Chaitanya Chinthapalli
Mr. Chaitanya, is the former Executive Director of Bank Of India, having spent 35 years of his career in the banking sector since 1985; which includes all segments of the banking such as Project Finance, Treasury, Compliance, Legal,Credit Monitoring, Syndication, Domestic and International banking operations, besides being part of various apex committees of the bank. He holds a Master's Degree in Agriculture from G B Pant Agriculture University and has experience in handling international operations at New York and Singapore where he spent 7 years of his career managing and contributing in International segments of the banking sector. At the New York branch he was Assistant Vice President of Credits and in Singapore he was working as General Manager & Chief Executive and was overseeing the operations of Cambodia, Vietnam, Myanmarand Indonesia. Mr. Chaitanya completed his innings at Bank of India in the year 2020. At CFML, he will be responsible for the management of CFML business pertaining to Debt Syndication, Investment Banking, Strategic Initiatives, Branch Operations and Business Growth.

Mr. Kul Bhushan Jain
Mr. Kul Bhushan Jain, Science and Law graduate from Punjab University, Chandigarh is having wide experience in banking, being associated with Bank Of India for more than 32 yrs starting his career in 1985. He is well versed with all areas of Banking Sector- Treasury and International Banking at its head office and London & New York branches. At New York branch he was Chief Dealer of bank's US Operations in addition to General Operations and Administrative offices. He headed Patna and Chennai zones and National Banking Groups controlling zones in South and Northern India as General Manager. In 2017, he was elevated as Executive Director and was transferred to Andhra Bank from 2017-2020. During this tenure he also officiated as MD & CEO for 9 months. At CFML, he will be responsible for business development pertaining to Debt Syndication/Resolution and ARC.
Mr. Murali Ramaswami
Mr. Murali Ramaswami is a B. Com graduate from Madras University, DBF from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India, CAIIB from the Indian Institute of Bankers, MBA from University of Madras - Specialized in Corporate Finance, Foreign Trade & Market research and AICWA from the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India. Mr. Murali is having wide experience in banking for more than 30+ years. He started his career in 1985 and he was involved in various facets of Banking sector essentially in Credit, Treasury, International Operations, Cash Management, Integration Management, Digital Banking and Information Technology Initiatives. Mr. Murali was recruited as a Financial Analyst, (Scale II manager) by BSRB in the year 1989 and allotted to Vijaya Bank. During the span of 30 years in Vijaya Bank, he rose to the position of Executive Director. In his career at Vijaya Bank, he held important positions in Credit, Operations and also as CFO of the bank. Prior to joining Vijaya Bank he had worked in Indian Oil Blending Ltd, a subsidiary of Indian Oil Corporation as Accounts officer from the year 1985 to 1989. He has also worked as an Executive Director in Bank of Baroda during the year 2019-2020. Mr. Murali Ramaswami is well versed with all areas of Banking Sector. At CFML, he will be responsible for business development pertaining to Debt Syndication / Resolution and ARC along with management of daily operation for the south region of India.

Ms. Rupali Wanarase

Mr. R Ramnath
Mr R Ramnath has over 30 years experience; about 21 years in investment banking, private equity and financial services and 9 years in corporate finance prior to that. He has worked with Dabur India (wherein he set up its JV project in Nepal and handled its Hajmola and Guar Gum project) and Kanoria Chemicals & Industries (wherein he handled the Polypropylene and Captive Power project from scratch up to its financial closure) in the area of Corporate Finance. He was in leadership position heading the investment banking business at VLS Finance and SREI Capital Markets (the investment banking arm of SREI Infrastructure Finance) wherein he lead managed IPOs/FPOs and Rights Issues of well-known companies. He was in an entrepreneurial role prior to joining CFM. AT CFM, he will be handling merchant banking/investment banking activities along with Equity Capital Market related Private Equity and M&A transactions.
