Mr. Khandelwal
CEO
Mr. Khandelwal has done MBA in Finance, Graduate in Laws, Bachelor in Commerce (Hons.), Cert. of Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers. Mr. Khandelwal is having versatile banking experience with Bank of Baroda for more than 37+ years in all demographic and sizes of branches. His specialization is in Corporate Credit (Large/ Medium/ MSME), Compliance functions, Stressed assets management. He has been head of BOB’s Large Corporate Branches at Chennai, Delhi and Ahmedabad and also Head of BOB London Main Office. He opted for VRS from BOB while holding position of Corporate General Manager in Dec 2022 and joined Mahesh Bank (a multi-state schedule UCB) at Hyderabad as MD & CEO. He was also on the Board of India SME ARC Ltd., SIDBI sponsored ARC representing nominee of BOB for two years.
Mr. R Ramnath
President
Mr R Ramnath has over 30 years experience; about 21 years in investment banking, private equity and financial services and 9 years in corporate finance prior to that. He has worked with Dabur India (wherein he set up its JV project in Nepal and handled its Hajmola and Guar Gum project) and Kanoria Chemicals & Industries (wherein he handled the Polypropylene and Captive Power project from scratch up to its financial closure) in the area of Corporate Finance. He was in leadership position heading the investment banking business at VLS Finance and SREI Capital Markets (the investment banking arm of SREI Infrastructure Finance) wherein he lead managed IPOs/FPOs and Rights Issues of well-known companies. He was in an entrepreneurial role prior to joining CFM. AT CFM, he will be handling merchant banking/investment banking activities along with Equity Capital Market related Private Equity and M&A transactions.
